Refunds and Replacements
At Babe Squad we want you to be happy with your purchase. Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases. However, in the regrettable instance that any of our products are:
Faulty
Not as described in appearance or function
Unsafe to use
You are entitled to either a full refund or replacement as guaranteed by Australian Consumer Law. Please note if you have used your product correctly or purchased your product on sale your are still protected by ACL and have the right to a refund. If you are unsure whether the issue you are experiencing entitles you to a refund or would like to know more about your rights as a consumer visit the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC)
To process your replacement/store credit or refund email us at hello@babesquad.com.au with your order number and a brief description of what the problem is along with any supporting images of the issue.
Please note refunds will be returned to the same credit card as purchased and we are strictly unable to refund to a different credit card/bank account.
If you are awaiting a refund, it may take some time before your refund is cleared. Please allow 3-5 working days before contacting us to follow up as there is often some processing time before a refund is cleared.
